Company Profile
Subang Avenue Real Estate was established in September 1992 under the name of Wenco Properties.

It was setup in Subang Jaya and through the year of providing excellent and professional Real Estate services to numerous customers in Subang Jaya, Bandar Sunway and Puchong Areas.

Due to increase expansion and to be prepare for the company for the Global market demand, the company was rename to Subang Avenue Real Estate, in March 2002, in order to meet the growing demand and competitive environment of the Real Estate Industry.

Subang Avenue Real Estate have increase in coverage to include most parts of the Klang Valley, with its ultimate objective to compete professionally and confidently in a ‘Borderless’ Market when the industry will be open to further competition.
